CLAIMS PROCESS

The claims process can be difficult, time consuming, and very frustrating. Between the insurance adjusters, mortgage company inspectors, building departments, contractors; a homeowner can get in over their head quickly.

Here at RestorationX we specialize in putting your life back together, and keep you as comfortable as possible while we do it. We will meet with your adjusters, provide necessary estimates, paperwork, photographs, building permits, coordinating with mortgage companies, and everything else under the sun.

Because we are a licensed general contractor, we are able to estimate the scope of work properly to ensure the cost of repairs covers the work which needs to be done.

If you have not already called a claim in to your insurance carrier, you should do so immediately. The longer you wait, the more of a chance your claim has to be denied for coverage.

We have listed just a few of the Insurance Carriers we have worked with in the past. If your insurance carrier is not included in this list, the number to report a claim is usually located on your declarations page.

“WIND, WATER, MOLD, or FIRE
We’re the last contractor you’ll ever have to HIRE!”

Fire and Smoke

Fire and Smoke

For most people a home is not just a place to live, it is an investment that they plan on passing down to the next generation of their family. Although insurance is meant to replace what is lost to fire, it is still a terrifying experience.

Water Extraction

Water Extraction

Water leaks or spills are very common. Immediate inspection of floor coverings, structural materials and crawl spaces, as well as prompt removal of all standing water, is critical to reduce or eliminate structural damage and/or mold.

Mold Remidiation

Mold Remidiation

Water damage is not always caused by the obvious like hurricanes and the rain season. Something as simple as a leak in a pipe can cause damage to your home without you even noticing.
