Attic Restoration

Restoration X provides complete Attic Restoration services due to roof damage or pest infestation. If your home has been compromised by animals such as Bats, Rats, Birds, Raccoons, Squirrels, or other pests, you need your attic secured immediately.

After the animal(s) have been properly removed we will clean and restore the attic. We will remove any damaged materials caused by feces, urine or the animals themselves. We will test your wiring and air conditioning ducts for breaches that may have occurred while the animal(s) were living in your attic.

RestorationX disinfects and deodorizes your attic to protect from any airborne diseases that will eventually affect the health of you and your family. We will replace any insulation and electrical wiring that needs to be replaced.  All work is properly permitted if necessary and follow the State Building codes to ensure a job well done.
